DESCRIPTION:Jersey City is one of the most diverse cities in the USA. (according to the finance website WalletHub) \nCalling our families and friends to represent their nationalities during our 4th Annual Diversity Cultural Festival by embracing their culture through a parade around Hamilton Park where the participants can dress according to their nationality. \nAt the end of the parade\, each group will have the opportunity to properly place their flag* around the Hamilton Park gazebo. (* not mandatory) \n2017 Parade Rules and Regulations \n\nAll groups need to have a coordinator and the same need to properly fill the participation form.\nAll participants must reflect respect for general public decency and moral values\, this includes DRESS CODE.  Inappropriate dress or behavior will cause the participant/group to be pulled from the parade.\nParade will start at 10am.\nThere is no minimum number of participants by group\nNo floats and vehicles will be allowed in the parade.\n\nPlease fillup the  form to participate in the parade: \nPARTICIPATION FORM: https://goo.gl/forms/252sGZLxffHvjLcm1
