JCFamilies Mission:
To provide a wholesome parenting experience to the local community and connect businesses to families.
Who we are:
– Since 2010, JCFamilies has been dedicated to serving and supporting families in Jersey City and surrounding areas.
– JCFamilies provides critical resources to families and its rapidly growing community of savvy and socially connected local parents from diverse backgrounds.
– JCFamilies is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, and your donation is tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
– JCFamilies membership is FREE
This is how we connect families:
- ONLINE: JCFamilies is the largest and fastest-growing society of parents in the Jersey City area. More than 40,000 local parents connect with us across JCFamilies properties: website, Instagram, Facebook, and newsletter.
- EVENTS: There is usually one big event per month. Most of the events are free and are organized in public parks. We invite local businesses to participate in the events and connect directly with the families. We organize entertainment for the kids and their parents in the event, like magic shows, music shows, storytime, and outdoor sports and activities.
Below are a few events which we have been organizing in the local parks for families:
- Education Fair: 40+ education businesses participate in this event. In this event, we provide a platform for parents to connect with the school’s representatives directly to explore the options for their kids.
- We organize the annual Mother’s Day to celebrate motherhood; in this event, we provide a few stations to pamper our moms and entertainment for their kids.
- Our Halloween Parade is the biggest in the area, where the parade is led by a group of drummers and stilt walkers.
- Harvest Festival and Cultural Diversity Festival in Jersey City is an event where we celebrate diversity. In this event, we invite local cultural groups to share their culture and the uniqueness of their countries with our kids.
- We annually print two educational paper booklets: One includes most of the summer camp programs offered by local schools and summer camps places, and another is for education programs offered by local daycares, public schools, private schools, and charter schools. This education paper booklet has been circulated in most of the highrise buildings and commercial establishments in the area.
If you’re a family with kids living in Jersey City or the surrounding areas, join us!

Hi, My name is Patty Monges. I manage food vendors all around USA and I make hosting food vendors A LOT easier and beneficial for events.
I can do all of the coordination, city required paperwork and management that comes along with hosting vendors for you, FOR FREE, and increase the amount the vendors pay you.
I only work with local food vendors and my goal is provide them with more access to events.
Let me know if you have any time to discuss in more detail this week.
I am a local therapist that works with individuals with intellectual disabilities and ASD, parents and siblings. How do I go about being listed in your directory?
Thanks-

Hello!
We recently ran across your website and wanted to reach out. We’re currently casting a docu-series for a major cable network where we are seeking kids with psychic abilities (ages 10-16) and their families. The goal of this series is to help families navigate through this and give them the tools to thrive.
If you happen to know anyone who would be interested in meeting with us, we’d love to hear from them. Please have interested parties reach out to us at [email protected]
Thank you and Happy New Year!
Beth & Christine

Hi,
This is Gel, an outreach assistant. I wanted to find out who the best person is to speak with to contribute an article on your website?
I am looking to write an article that you can post on your blog. The article will be well-researched based on the large pool travel experts that our company has access to. In exchange, I was hoping that you could credit our online travel media site for providing the article to you. Please let me know if you would be interested?
Thank you,
Gel

Model railroad museum near me
The National Model Railroad Association (NMRA) is an excellent resource for finding model railroad museums near you. The NMRA website lists model railroad museums and clubs in the United States and Canada. You can search by state or province to find a museum or club near you. Additionally, many local hobby shops may have information about model railroad museums in the area.
