Join us for the 4th annual JC Fitness Fair in Jersey City. This is the perfect opportunity to meet local fitness professionals and find the perfect workout for you or re-ignite your interest in an old favorite. You will not want to miss all the free and fun activities we have planned.

JCFitness Fair’s Demo Schedule:

There will be fitness demo’s every 15 minutes to try specific classes that will help you decide what workout is the best for your needs.

At the Fitness Fair there will also be a workshop for New Parents from 11 am to 12 pm: The Do’s and Don’ts of PostPartum Fitness with Meghan Mizrachi, Zion Physical Therapy. This lecture is designed to provide clarity on the steps to take after pregnancy, in order to have the confidence to achieve a pain-free lifestyle and reach your fitness goals. She will cover screening for diastasis, the truth about sit-ups, advice about postural behavior, the best exercises for core strengthening, and safe exercise progressions.
