These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aceyio website and the Aceyio App Store Optimization platform (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Acey ApS ("Aceyio", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Aceyio is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides app publishers with keyword research, competitor tracking, review management, store listing experimentation and related App Store Optimization ("ASO") analytics tools for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Aceyio does not publish, submit or modify your app listings on your behalf; all recommendations are provided for your own implementation.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
Aceyio offers Starter, Growth, and Scale subscription plans as described on our Pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Aceyio and our third-party payment processor to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until you cancel your subscription.
We may offer a free trial period for new customers. No payment method is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you will need to choose a paid plan to continue using the Service; trial accounts that do not subscribe will lose access to paid features.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account; (c) reverse engineer, decompile or resell the Service without our written consent; (d) use the Service to submit, promote or analyze apps that violate the Apple App Store or Google Play developer policies, including fraudulent, malicious, or infringing applications; or (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and underlying technology, is owned by Acey ApS and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term. You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service (e.g., your app metadata).
The Service may rely on, or link to, third-party services, including app store public data sources and our payment processor. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Aceyio does not guarantee any specific ranking, download, or revenue outcome from using the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acey ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Aceyio in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in activity that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or harmful to the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
